The 10/40 Window
There are more people living today than have ever lived in the entire history of humanity. This phenomenal population explosion presents many challenges to churches and ministries that seek to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to every person on the planet. There are now over 6 BILLION people inhabiting the earth. That means that there are more than 6 BILLION reasons why you should pray about obeying God in missions.
Approximately two billion of these profess to be Christians. Another two billion live in regions where access to the gospel is possible, but they have made no profession of faith in Christ. The last two billion are the unreached people groups of the world.
Unreached areas/peoples
There are approximately 2000 unreached people groups in the 10/40 Window, and a number of these are the people of the Middle East and Africa.
Special projects/opportunities
Won't you join with BIMI to pray that missionaries will enter the unreached countries of the 10/40 Window as witnesses for God's glory? Maybe you will be one of those witnesses
